You have made it to the month before your big day! All the planning is starting to come together for you, and at this point, you need someone to help you settle the last minute details and help you execute your vision. Consider it done with this well appointed package. You can count on me to be your Wedding Lifeline from here on in. After you book your date, you can call on me for any questions, advice or referrals. At the one month mark, simply hand everything over to me and I will lead you down the path to Matrimonial Bliss!
- Communication/confirmation with all vendors the week prior to your Wedding
- 1 ‘In Person’ Meeting prior to your wedding week to discuss vision, theme, color, decorations, vendors, etc…
- Management and creation of a detailed timeline including the coordination of all vendors and bridal party for landmark events such as the Grand Entrance, Toasts, First Dance, Bouquet/Garter Toss, a Planned Exit, etc…
- 1 hour of Rehearsal direction the day before your Wedding. (Within 10 miles of event venue)
- Up to 11 hours of on site time of the day of your event (arrival on site is typically 2 hours prior to ceremony start time)
- Décor set up on the Wedding Day (table décor, favors, escort cards, programs, etc…)
- Keep Wedding Party & Families stress free and on track
- On Site Supervision/Direction of Vendors (including set-up, execution and break down)
- Final Vendor payment and gratuity distribution
- Breakdown of Bride and Groom’s belongings, including plan for gifts and cake
- Vendor Recommendations, if needed
- My assistance at 1 vendor meeting of your choosing
- 1 venue walk through
- Full use of my “Bridal Emergency Kit” on your Wedding Day

‘Portofino’ – Partial Planning & Coordination Service
In today’s fast paced world, we are always go-go-go. Add in the stress of planning a wedding, and there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day, days in the month, or even months in the year! Sometimes you just wish there were two of you! Weather you are constantly out of town, planning from another city or even state or just very busy, this package is an excellent choice for you. All of the inclusions from my “Milano“ package have been thoughtfully paired with some highlights from my “Firenze” package as well. I will create with you an introduction about your wishes and desires for your big day and present it to all potential and current vendors as well as attend in person meetings for you when you cannot. Now there are two hearts involved in your wedding planning for a perfect, timeless event.
Specific services include:
- Management and creation of a detailed timeline including the coordination of all vendors and bridal party for landmark events such as the Grand Entrance, Toasts, First Dance, Bouquet/Garter Toss, a Planned Exit, etc…

From the Engagement announcements, to seeing you off for your Honeymoon, Cat Crenshaw Events will be there every single step of the way! I will guide you through the entire Wedding Planning process. This luxurious full service package will ensure every detail from your heart and soul for your wedding be attended to and realized. As your personal Wedding Consultant, I will inspire you with themes, color palettes, designs and all the special touches that make your wedding everything you dreamed it could be and more. As your personal liaison, I will be the primary contact for all of your vendors, meeting as often as necessary throughout the entire planning process to discuss every detail, large or small.
My luxury wedding planning and design services are custom tailored around my clients, and I work in whatever way best suits you and your lifestyle. I will present to you venues and suppliers that reflect the type of celebration you require within your budget. Once the venue is secured, we will together fill in all of the fine details: from the ceremony and reception design, flowers, stationery, food and photography, to your wedding day attire, entertainment, cake/desserts, transportation and the honeymoon. I can assist you in designing a personalized wedding website, introductions to stylists and make-up artists, as well as assistance with guest accommodations. Wherever the destination, my team and I will manage and oversee your celebration to ensure it runs seamlessly. Whether smoothing out all the details with your vendors, booking hotel rooms for your guests or helping you create an unforgettable menu, I will have my heart and soul completely dedicated to your very special day!

All of my packages are designed to best assist you in the planning and coordinating of your Wedding Day or Special Event. That being said, if there is something that you would like to add I would be happy do that for you.
These extra services are designed to help you with everything from planning the perfect proposal to taking some of those last minute things off of your hands so you can do more important things like spending some quality time with the girls, or treating yourself to a well deserved pedicure! Whatever your desires are, we can make them happen.
